Returns

Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused, returned in its original packaging, and includes all components in their original quantities. If a return shipment is incomplete, we will process the return only for the items received.

Restocking Fee

A 12% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns to help offset credit card processing fees, inspection, restocking, and labor.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase so that production can be stopped. If an order is canceled after the 24-hour window and has already entered production, an 8% cancellation fee will apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect order or discover that an item is missing, please contact us immediately. We know this equipment is an investment, and we value your decision to work with us. We will make it right and ensure the issue is corrected.
